SLIDEBEAST TERMS OF SERVICE
Slidebeast provides use of its website www.slidebeast.com (“Website”), its cloud-based services, and mobile applications (“Services”) in accordance with the following Terms of Service (“ToS”).
These ToS constitute a legal agreement between you and Slidebeast and govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read these ToS carefully before you start to use the Services, including a free trial, or purchase any of the subscription plans.
Acceptance of the Terms of Service
In order to accept these ToS and use the Services, you must be of the legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into an agreement. If you accept the ToS or purchase the Services on behalf of an entity (such as a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to legally represent and bind such entity to these ToS.
You may accept these ToS by clicking a button or checkbox indicating your acceptance where available or by purchasing a subscription to the Services (including free trials). By doing so, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these ToS, as if they were a written agreement signed by you.
These ToS constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Slidebeast, governing your use of the Services. If there are special terms applicable to your subscription plan, such as pricing and payment terms, these terms will be available on our Website and will form an integral part of these ToS.
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make changes, the updated version will be posted on our Website. By continuing to use the Services after the updated ToS are posted, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the revised terms.
Services
Slidebeast provides a reporting tool that allows you to prepare analysis and performance reports. Detailed information about the Services can be found on our website available at https://slidebeast.com/features.
We reserve the right to modify, terminate or suspend any features, functionalities, tools or other aspects of the Services, temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or termination of any of the Services or their features, and no refunds will be issued for any prepaid subscription fees.
You acknowledge and agree that Slidebeast provides the Services as Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. This means that by subscribing to the Services, you are not purchasing any software, nor you will receive any copies of the software.
Subject to these ToS, upon subscribing to the Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with your subscription plan. You agree that this license is strictly subject to compliance with these ToS.
Intellectual Property
All legal rights, title and interest attached to the Services, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, knowhow and any other intellectual intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) (“Intellectual Property Rights”), are owned and retained by Slidebeast or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted in these ToS, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating, conveying, transferring, or granting you or any Authorised User any rights, title, licence, or interest in the Services, including any Intellectual Property Rights. No licences or rights under any patent, copyright, trademark, trade name, trade secret or other intellectual property are granted or are implied by reason of these ToS.
Any results, reports, or other deliverables generated through the use of the Services shall not be considered “works for hire”, “works made in the course of duty” or similar terms under the applicable law where the transfer of the intellectual property occurs on the performance of services.
You acknowledge and agree that our Services are provided as a SaaS solution, which means that by purchasing a subscription, you are not purchasing a software and you will not be delivered copies of the software.
You represent and warrant that all elements of text, images or other content that you provide to us in connection with the Services (“User Content”) are either owned by you or you have all necessary legal rights and permissions to use and submit such content. You further agree that your use of the Services and any User Content shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
If you or any Authorized User provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, you hereby grant Slidebeast an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide right to exploit them in any manner and for any purpose, including improving the Services and developing new products or services, without any obligation of acknowledgment or compensation to you.
Subscription Plans
Services are provided on a subscription basis. The scope, features and fees applicable to different subscription plans are published on our Website at http://saas.slidebeast.com/pricing. All subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. If you choose to downgrade your plan before the end of your current billing cycle, the downgrade will take effect in the next billing cycle.
You agree to pay the full amount applicable to the subscription plan you chose and subscribed for. You are also responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the Services under these ToS.
Without limiting any of our other rights or remedies, we may disable your account or suspend your access to all or any portion of the Services, if you fail to make any payment due within 15 days after the due date.
Your Use of the Services
Subject to these ToS and payment of the subscription fees, you are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Services included in your subscription plan for your internal use. You do not acquire any software and do not receive any copies of software. You agree that this licence is strictly subject to these ToS and your compliance with these ToS.
You represent and warrant that all information (such as identification or contact details) you provide when registering an account with the Services is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You must keep your login details (username and password) in strict confidentiality. You will not communicate your login details to any third parties. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account or using your login details.
In accordance with your subscription plan, you can authorize individuals within your organisation to access and use the Services (“Authorized User(s)”). You will ensure that all Authorized Users keep their login details strictly confidential. Authorized Users will abide by these ToS and you are fully responsible for actions and omissions of Authorized Users as if they were your own. Slidebeast shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to properly protect your account or password.
If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your login details or your account, you must immediately notify us by emailing info@slidebeast.com
Your subscription rights belong solely to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sub-licensed. You may not reproduce, modify, duplicate, copy, or create derivative works from all or any portion of the Services. You may not sell, resell, assign, lease, distribute or display the Services to third parties, create public links to the Services, or frame or mirror all or a portion of the Service available to third parties, for any purpose.
You must use the Services in a lawful manner, in compliance with these ToS, the applicable laws and regulations. You will not or permit any other party (including other users) to violate personal rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights and any other legally protected rights of any other person or entity.
You will not (i) attempt to reverse engineer or decompile, reverse compile or hack all or any part of the Services or use any other means to acquire the origin code of any software in the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its systems or networks, (ii) use the Services to upload, link to or send any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, violates any third party right or contractual restriction or contains unlawful, racist, or discriminatory material, or (iii) access, subscribe to or use the Service in any way in order to create a competitive product or service or for the purpose of competitive analysis, or (iv) use the Services in a way that interferes with or disrupt the Services.
You represent and warrant that any text, images or other content that you submit or post through the Services do not infringe any intellectual property rights or confidential information of a third party. Slidebeast is not responsible for any of the content that you submit, upload, download, post, email or otherwise use via the Services. You will indemnify and hold Slidebeast harmless from all claims, costs, damages and expenses arising from any content you submit or use through the Services.
You acknowledge that Slidebeast does not monitor or control the content you upload, post, or use through the Services. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that we determine may create liability for Slidebeast or violate these ToS.
You must take all kinds of precautions (including using appropriate anti-virus software) to ensure that any content you submit, upload, post or use otherwise through the Services, are free from any virus, spyware, malware, trojan horses etc. or any other material that would harm the Services and the software.
You shall not directly or indirectly export, re-export or transfer the Services to any countries, entities or individuals prohibited under any applicable export laws and regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Slidebeast, its directors, employees, consultants, partners and affiliates from and against any and all claims brought by a third party, and any related direct and indirect liability, damage, loss and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs, arising out of or connected with (i) your use or misuse of the Services; (ii) your violation of these ToS, including any representation or warranty referenced herein, or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your infringement of any third party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or confidentiality, ownership or privacy right; or (iv) any dispute or issue between you and any third party. You also agree to cooperate with our defence of the said claims and not to settle any claim without Slidebeast’s prior written consent.

We strongly recommend that you carefully read our Privacy Policy before purchasing a subscription and using the Services. When you register an account with Slidebeast (including for a free trial), we may collect the following personal data:
- Basic Information: Name, last name, email address, phone number.
- Business Information: Name of your company, industry, country of operation, your position in the company.
- Subscription & Billing Information: Subscription plan details, billing address, and payment information.
- Technical Data: IP address, device and browser information, geographical location (country and city).
We may also automatically collect and store technical data regarding your device and browser via third parties’ software and tools. In such a case, the software will be in compliance with the applicable law and such third parties that are in a contractual relationship with us will take the appropriate technical and organizational safeguards measures.
We process your personal data to the extent allowed by the applicable law (i) to provide you with better service and comply with our obligations under these ToS, (ii) to inform you about new services, features or subscription plans, (iii) to gather commercial statistic and analyses regarding the use of the service, (iii) to communicate with you, (iv) to conduct market researches, (v) to fulfil our legal duties and/or governmental authorities’ requests in accordance with the applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
YOU AGREE THAT THE SERVICES, WEBSITE AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THEM ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SLIDEBEAST DISCLAIMS ALLWARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE OR COMMON LAW, (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESSLY ACCEPT THAT:
- (i) THE SERVICES MAY NOT MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, AND NO SPECIFIC RESULT IS GUARANTEED,
- (ii) ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES MAY BE INTERRUPTED, UNAVALIABLE, OR SUBJECT TO ERRORS;
- (iii) THE SERVICES, WEBSITE, OR ANY ASSOCIATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, INCLUDING VIRUSES;
- (iv) ANY RESULTS OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES MAY NOT BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE.
YOU ACKNOWLDGE THAT THE SERVICES MAY CONTAIN LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, PORTALS, FILES OR CONTENTS. SLIDEBEAST DOES NOT CONTROL, ENDORSE, OR MONITOR SUCH THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THEIR ACCURACY, REALIABILITY, LEGALITY, OR SECURITY. YOU AGREE THAT SLIDEBEAST SHALL NOT BE ALIABLE FOR AND DAMAGES OR LOSEES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR RELIANCE ON SUCH THIRD-PARTY CONTENT. ACCESSING THIRD PARTY LINKS THROUGH THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIDEBEAST, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, MOBILE DEVICE, OR DATA LOSS,
- LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES,
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR SYSTEM FAILURE,
- ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SLIDEBEAST’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS.
Audit Rights
Slidebeast has the right to audit and monitor your use of the Services solely to verify that you use the Services in compliance with these ToS and your subscription plan. If Slidebeast determines that you have used or allowed access to the Services in a manner that violates these ToS, Slidbeast may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your subscription, and may seek any remedies available under these ToS and applicable law.
Suspension and Termination of Your Subscription
You can terminate your subscription by unsubscribing to the Services through your user dashboard or by contacting customer service at info@slidebeast.com before the renewal date of your subscription.
You agree that Slidebeast is entitled to terminate your subscription and your account immediately if provision of the Services to you becomes illegal for any reason.
You agree that Slidebeast has the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and your account without prior notice if (i) you breach these ToS, (ii) you fail to pay any of the fees in connection with your subscription, (iii) you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or (iv) providing the Services to you become unlawful due to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or government actions.
You agree that all terminations shall be made in Slidebeast’s sole discretion and that Slidebeast shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your subscription and your account.
No Waiver
No failure or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege under this ToS shall operate as a waiver thereof. No waiver of any term of these ToS shall be deemed to be or construed as a further or continuous waiver of such term.
Severability
The unenforceability or invalidity of any provision of the ToS shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the rest of it.
Independent parties
Our relationship with You is that of independent contractors dealing at arm's length. Nothing in these ToS shall constitute us as partners, joint ventures or co-owners, or constitute either of us as the agent, employee or representative of the other.
Effective date and duration
These ToS shall become effective when you accept them by clicking to accept or agree to the ToS where available or when you purchase the Services or when you start using it (free trials included).
The ToS shall remain effective during your original subscription and as well as any renewed subscription until terminated by you or us in accordance with the ToS.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These ToS shall be governed exclusively by the applicable laws of the country where we are domiciled and settled in the courts where we are domiciled.

We collect your name, last name, email address, billing address and billing information in order to perform our Terms of Service and subscription contracts with you and to enable you to create a user account with the service.
Security of our website
We collect certain data such as IP addresses and geographical location (country only) regarding your device and your browser in order to ensure the security of our services and our website, to detect and to prevent unauthorized and malicious interference or breach of our Terms of Service.
We encrypt users’ passwords before storing them in the system; however, it is not possible for us to encode them. This ensures that your user account cannot be accessed without the correct password.
Better customer insight, analysis of the performance of our website
We can use certain anonymous data to better understand our customers and for statistical purposes to analyse the performance of our website (such as number of visits, bounce rates, etc.) and to improve our services.
Payment for our services
We store the following details regarding the credit card you use to pay for your subscription:
- Type of the credit card,
- Expiry date,
- Name of the cardholder,
- Method of payment,
- Last 4 digits of the card.
These details are securely stored and used solely for payment processing purposes. All stored credit card information is deleted when your subscription is canceled or terminated.

Which Data Will Be Collected and Processed
Information we collect you register with and use our services
Creation of a user account: When you register with our services and create a user account, we ask you to share your name and last name, your email address, the name of the customer entity, sector of the entity, the country where the entity is located, your position in the customer company a phone number, the subscription plan you have chosen, billing address and billing information.
Subscription to our newsletters: When you subscribe to our newsletters, you share your name, last name and email address with us.
Customer Service: When you contact our customer service, we ask you to share your name, last name and your contact details such as your email address and telephone number.
Your usage of our services: We process the following information on behalf you to provide you with the services.
(i) We may collect non-personal information such as the country you are based and the sector of the target company, in order to use the appropriate reporting benchmarks.
We will also collect the following anonymous data regarding how you use our services ain order to analyse use of our services and provide you a better service:

(ii) Creation of reports with our services:
The reports that you create using our services will be stored in your user account until you choose to delete them or your account is terminated.
(iii) Scheduled reports:
While using the services, you may add the email addresses to which scheduled reports will be sent within the platform. This information is used to deliver the reports to the specified recipients.
(iv) Visuals Uploaded by You via User Settings:
Images that you upload in the account settings section as saved presets (e.g., profile pictures, personal or client logos for reports) are stored and, if available, are automatically applied when generating reports.
(v) Slide Visuals Used for Report Generation:
Images that you add to slides while generating reports in real time (such as your own logos or client logos).
(vi) User’s Datasource Information:
We store the data source details provided by you and use them to generate reports by accessing the data through the corresponding datasource’s API.
(vii) Generated Report Files:
Report files created by users are stored.

We offer you a reporting tool to prepare analysis and performance reports. In order to create a report, you should connect your Slidebeast account with a Google Analytics, Facebook, Linkedin or Instagram account. When you connect your account with any of those third party platforms, you also agree that we will have access to certain information via these third party platforms’ APIs. The scope of data obtained from these platforms is subject to the type of APIs and the authorizations granted by those platforms. Please read carefully the privacy policies of the said platforms you connect to our Service. You accept that we are not liable for and make no representations as to the third party platforms and their processing of your data and use of your content.
Instagram Post, Story, and Reels Visuals:
Upon connecting your account to Instagram, we store the visuals of your posts, stories, and reels for the sole purpose of generating Instagram reports.

What is the Legal Basis for Data Processing

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data
We will retain personal data only as long as is necessary for legal and contractual purposes or our legitimate interests to protect our products, services and legal rights. For example, we may need to keep personal financial and tax data to comply with tax regulations for the period specified by applicable tax laws or if we are notified of the commencement of any litigation, we may need to keep personal data longer to defend our rights.
Our objective is always to balance our needs to retain personal data with the impact of such retention on individuals’ privacy. At the end of the relevant retention period, we will review whether we still need such personal data and if we don’t need it, we will either erase it or anonymise it.
You can request closing of your account in the Service and deletion of your personal data by clicking to the “Delete My Account” button under the settings of your user profile. Deletion of the user account is irreversible; therefore, when we receive such a request, we will ask you to confirm once again your request, in case you have made a mistake or changed your mind. Upon your confirmation, we will close your account and delete or anonymise all personal data immediately, unless there is a legal obligation or legitimate interest to keep your data.
When your account is closed, we will only keep the following data anonymously with no link to the relevant entity or brand, to improve our Services. We will not keep the reports you created with our Services.

Usage information: (i) number of workspaces created, (ii) number of data sources connected, (iii) number of reports generated, (iv) number of reports scheduled, (v) number of templates used, (vi) number of insights generated (if applicable), (vii) number of team member spots used, (viii) most used colour theme, and (ix) most used platform.

We may share your personal data only with third parties that provide an adequate level of protection and safeguards measures for the privacy of your personal data.

PCI COMPLIANCE
The Payment Card Industry Data sb-legal--area__ Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of technical and operational sb-legal--area__ standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. PCI DSS is administered by the Payment Card Industry sb-legal--area__ Standards Council (PCI SSC), which is an independent body that was created by the major payment card brands.
We do not store credit card information but since we accept credit cards as a form of payment, we must be in compliance with PCI DSS. Our check-out process is handled by Paddle, a PCI DSS compliant company.
CCPA COMPLIANCE
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), effective since 1 January 2020, is a data protection law that protects the residents of California and governs their rights regarding their personal data.
