Slidebeast provides use of its website www.slidebeast.com (“Website”), its cloud-based services, and mobile applications (“Services”) in accordance with the following Terms of Service (“ToS”).
These ToS constitute a legal agreement between you and Slidebeast and govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read these ToS carefully before you start to use the Services, including a free trial, or purchase any of the subscription plans.
Acceptance of the Terms of Service
In order to accept the ToS and use the Services, you must be of legal age to enter into an agreement. If you accept the ToS or purchase the Services on behalf of an entity (organization, company, etc.), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to represent and bind such entity to the ToS.
You can accept the ToS by clicking to accept or agree to the ToS where available or by purchasing a subscription to the Services (free trials included). By performing one of these options, you represent and accept that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these ToS, like any written agreement signed by you.
These ToS are the general terms of the agreement with you and Slidebeast, to govern your use of the Services. If there are special terms applicable to the subscription plan that you purchased, these special terms will be available on the Website and will constitute an integral part of these ToS.
We can change the ToS from time to time. When we make changes to the ToS, the updated version will be available at our Website. If you continue to use the Services after the date on which the ToS have changed, this will be deemed as an acceptance of the updated ToS.
Services
We offer you a reporting tool to prepare analysis and performance reports. You may find detailed information about the Services on our website available at https://slidebeast.com/features.
We reserve our right to modify, terminate or suspend any of the features, functions, tools or other aspects of the Services, temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice to you. We will have no liability for any modification, suspension or termination of any of the features, function, tools or other aspects of the Services and there will be no refund of the subscription fees.
You acknowledge and agree that Slidebeast provides the Services as SaaS (software as a Service), which means that by subscribing to the Services, you are not purchasing the software and you will not be delivered copies of the software.
Subject to these ToS, by subscribing to the Services, you will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services included in and during your subscription plan. You agree that this license is strictly subject to these ToS.
Intellectual Properties
All legal rights, title and interest attached to the Services, patents, copyrights, trademarks, knowhow and the Website including all kinds of intellectual property rights (whether registered or not) (“Intellectual Property Rights”) are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription to the Services shall not be considered as an assignment or otherwise transfer of any Intellectual Property Rights to you.
You acknowledge and agree that our Services are provided as a SaaS (software as a Service), which means that by purchasing a subscription plan to the Services, you are not purchasing a software and you will not be delivered copies of a software but you will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services included in your subscription plan. You agree that this license is strictly subject to these ToS and your compliance with them.
Subscription Plans
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Scope and fees applicable to different subscription plans are published on our Website available at https://slidebeast.com/pricing. All of our subscription plans are monthly. If you downgrade your plan before the end of your existing plan, it will be reflected in the next billing cycle. Our plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are not refundable.
Your Use of the Services
You represent that the information (such as identification or contact details) you provide to register an account with the Services is accurate and complete.
You must keep your username and password in strict confidentiality. You will not communicate your password and your login details to any third parties. You are responsible for all the activities that occur under your password or account.
In accordance with your subscription plan, you can authorize individuals within your entity to access and use the Services (“Authorized User(s)”). You will ensure that all Authorized Users keep their login details and passwords strictly confidential. The Authorized Users will abide by the ToS and you will be liable for actions and omissions of the Authorized Users. Slidebeast will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to properly safeguard your account or password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your login details or your account, you must immediately notify us by sending an email to info@slidebeast.com.
Your rights arising from your subscription belong only to you and you will not assign or transfer them to third parties. You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, assign, and lease the Services for any purpose.
You must use the Services in a lawful manner and you will not or permit any other party (including other users) to violate personal rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights and any other legally protected rights of any other person or entity.
You will not (i) attempt to reverse engineer or decompile or otherwise acquire the origin code of any software in the Services, (ii) use the Services to upload, link to or send any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, violates any third party right or contractual restriction or contains unlawful, racist, or discriminatory material, (iii) use the Services in a way that interferes with or disrupt the Services.
You represent and warrant that the contents (such as text, graphics, etc.) that you submit or post through the Services don’t violate the intellectual property or confidential information of any third party. Slidebeast is not responsible for any of the content that you submit, upload, download, post, email or otherwise use via the Services. You will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, costs, damages and expenses awarded against or incurred or paid by us because of any of your contents.
Slidebeast is not responsible to control and monitor your content or your use of the Services. However, you agree that Slidebeast is entitled to remove any of your contents from the Services that Slidebeast determines may create a liability or damages to Slidebeast or the Services.
You must take all kinds of precautions (including using appropriate anti-virus software) to ensure that the content that you submit, upload, post or use otherwise through the Services, are free from any virus, spyware, malware, trojan horses etc. or any other material that would harm the Services and the software.
If you provide feedback regarding the Services then you hereby grant Slidebeast an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free right to exploit the relevant feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Services and create other products and services.
Indemnification
You accept that you will defend and indemnify Slidebeast and its directors, employees, consultants, partners and affiliates from and against any claim brought by a third party, and any related direct and indirect liability, damage, loss and expense arising out of or connected with (i) your use of, or misuse of the Services; (ii) your violation of any provision of the ToS, any representation or warranty referenced in these ToS, or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or confidentiality, other property or privacy right; or (iv) any dispute or issue between you and any third party. You also agree to cooperate with our defence of the said claims.

When you register an account with Slidebeast (including for a free trial), we will ask you to provide your name and last name, your email address, the name of the customer entity, sector of the entity, the country where the entity is located, your position in the customer company a phone number, the subscription plan you have chosen, billing address and billing information.
We collect and store the following data in accordance with the ToS and our Privacy Policy, in connection with the Services: (i) e-mail addresses, addresses and contact information, (ii) IP addresses, and (iii) geographical location of the devices (country and city).
We may also automatically collect and store information regarding your device and the browser via third parties’ software. In such a case, the software will be in compliance with the applicable law and such third parties that are in a contractual relationship with us will take the appropriate technical and organizational safeguards measures.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT SLIDEBEAST DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT (I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR YOU WILL OBTAIN A SPECIFIC RESULT FROM THE SERVICES, (II) YOU WILL HAVE AN UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES, (III) THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF ANY ERROR OR VIRUSES, OR (IV) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
YOU MAY HAVE ACCESS TO LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES, PORTALS, FILES OR CONTENTS THROUGH THE SERVICES AND THE WEBSITE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT SLIDEBEAST DO NOT VERIFY THESE AND SLIDEBEAST DON’T HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THEM. Audit Rights
You agree that Slidebeast has the right to monitor your use of the Services in order to verify that you use the Services in compliance with these ToS and your subscription plan. If Slidebeast finds out that you have used or permitted access to the Services in a manner that is not permitted under these ToS, Slidbeast may terminate your subscription, in addition to any other damages Slidebeast may be entitled to under the ToS and applicable law.
Suspension and Termination of Your Subscription
You can terminate your subscription by unsubscribing to the Services on your user dashboard or by contacting customer service at info@slidebeast.com before the renewal date of your subscription.
You agree that Slidebeast is entitled to terminate your subscription and your account immediately if provision of the Services to you becomes illegal for any reason.
You agree that Slidebeast has the right to immediately terminate your subscription and your account without prior notice if you (i) breach these ToS, (ii) fail to pay any of the fees in connection with your subscription, or (iii) engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
You agree that all terminations shall be made in Slidebeast’s sole discretion and that Slidebeast shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your subscription and your account.
No Waiver
No failure or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege under this ToS shall operate as a waiver thereof. No waiver of any term of these ToS shall be deemed to be or construed as a further or continuous waiver of such term.
Severability
The unenforceability or invalidity of any provision of the ToS shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the rest of it.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from the ToS or your use of the Services shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

GDPR COMPLIANCE
The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is the data privacy and protection legislation of the European Union. Its purpose is to protect fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons and their rights to protection of their personal data.
The GDPR has an extra-territorial scope. It applies to the processing of personal data by a controller or processor not established in the European Union, when the processing activities are related to (i) the offering of goods or services to such data subjects who are in the European Union or (ii) the monitoring of their behaviour as far as their behaviour takes place within the European Union.
Whenever our processing activities will fall in the scope of the GDPR, we will be in compliance with the GDPR. Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to learn more about our data processing activities and protection of your personal data.
You have the following rights with respect to the processing of your personal data under the GDPR:
- Right of access to your personal data,
- Right to rectification of your inaccurate personal data,

Data processing agreement
Pursuant to the GDPR, in the absence of an adequacy decision, a controller or processor may transfer personal data to a third country only if it has provided appropriate safeguards, and on condition that enforceable rights and effective legal remedies for data subjects are available. Such safeguards may be provided for by standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. The European Commission has adopted the decision 2021/914/EU on 4 June 2021, which provides for modernized standard contractual clauses.

PCI COMPLIANCE
The Payment Card Industry Data sb-legal--area__ Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of technical and operational sb-legal--area__ standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. PCI DSS is administered by the Payment Card Industry sb-legal--area__ Standards Council (PCI SSC), which is an independent body that was created by the major payment card brands.
We do not store credit card information but since we accept credit cards as a form of payment, we must be in compliance with PCI DSS. Our check-out process is handled by Paddle, a PCI DSS compliant company.
CCPA COMPLIANCE
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), effective since 1 January 2020, is a data protection law that protects the residents of California and governs their rights regarding their personal data.
According to the CCPA, data subjects have a right:
- to access to all the data that a company has processed regarding them and receive a copy of such data,
- to receive a list of all the third parties that their personal data is transferred to,
- to know what personal data is being collected.
We will always be transparent about the data we collect, why we collect and how we use such data, as well as the third parties’ access to such data. Our Privacy Policy provides a detailed explanation regarding these matters.
